What the platform is

The BLGrowth platform is business alignment and accountability software. It is not financial, legal, tax or employment advice.

Right to access

Authorized users of a customer receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the platform during an active subscription or an included coaching engagement.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their authorized users, for keeping account credentials confidential, for the accuracy and legality of information entered into the platform, and for obtaining appropriate permission for information about team members.

Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:

• Unlawful use of the platform
• Unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems
• Security testing without written permission
• Copying or resale of the platform
• Reverse engineering, to the extent permitted by law
• Interference with the service, or abusive use

Ownership of content

Customers retain ownership of the content they enter. Beyond Limits LLC retains ownership of the BLGrowth platform, its interface, software and underlying intellectual property.

Changes and availability

The platform may change over time, and maintenance or other limitations may affect availability. Uninterrupted service is not promised.

End of access

Access may end when the associated subscription or coaching engagement ends, subject to the applicable order terms and applicable law.

Fees and cancellation

Fees, renewal, subscription duration and cancellation details are governed by the customer order or signed agreement, and by the Refund & Cancellation Policy where applicable.
