Nature of the services
Coaching provided by Beyond Limits LLC d/b/a Beyond Limits Growth is educational, strategic and advisory. Results are not guaranteed. Coaching is not financial, legal, tax or employment advice.
Client responsibility
The client retains responsibility for its own business decisions, implementation, and financial, legal, tax and employment decisions, and for the outcomes that follow from them.
Scope, fees and term
Program-specific scope, session cadence, fees, payment schedule, term and deliverables are confirmed in the selected program or order form, or in a separately executed agreement.
Client participation
The client agrees to participate honestly, attend scheduled sessions, complete agreed actions and provide accurate information.
Confidentiality
Each party will treat the other’s non-public business information as confidential. This does not prevent disclosure required by law, or the use of service providers who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Intellectual property
Beyond Limits materials, curriculum, frameworks and BLGrowth platform content remain protected intellectual property of Beyond Limits LLC or its licensors. The client receives a limited, personal, internal-business license to use them during the engagement. No redistribution, resale, copying or creation of derivative commercial products is permitted without written permission.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Signed agreements control
If a separately signed coaching agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
